📌 Graduation & Curriculum Remarks:

  • Note 1: The minimum total graduation credits for this department is 133 credits.
  • Note 2 (School Requirements): 42 mandatory credits (including 2 credits for Physical Education). General education elective credits are limited to 8 credits within 4 years (excluding foreign languages).
  • Note 3 (Department Requirements): 55 mandatory credits. Students must complete at least 28 elective credits within the department over 4 years (excluding foreign languages).
  • Note 4: Per University regulations, 1 credit point generally equals 18 hours of teaching. Graduating class students (8th semester) may not take non-graduating courses unless willing to accommodate makeup classes.
  • Note 5: Course contents include gender equality, personal safety protection, law enforcement, and sexual violence prevention.
  • Note 6: Includes one hour of official document practice writing.
  • Note 7: Students must pass a proficiency test equivalent to GEPT Intermediate Level (Listening & Reading) before the end of the 5th semester to qualify for graduation. Remedial courses may be taken starting the 6th semester if failed.
  • Note 8: Courses such as "Criminal Investigation", "Criminal Police Operations", and "Introduction to Police Operations" will include teaching content on the "Four New Anti-Fraud Laws" starting from the 114th academic year (Fraud Crime Prevention Act, Communication Security and Surveillance Act, Special Chapter on Compulsory Dispositions in the Code of Criminal Procedure, and Money Laundering Control Act).
